His entrepreneurial journey began with JetLiving, an online travel agency focused on vacation homes across the Southern U.S., which laid the foundation for his next venture, JetLuxury Resorts. JetLuxury quickly became a leader in the condo-hotel industry, where Brandon skillfully scaled the company and orchestrated a successful exit within two years.

Recognizing the potential in the short-term rental market, Brandon later launched his first short-term rental management company in Mammoth Lakes, California, which expanded rapidly. Building on this momentum and years of expertise in operations, marketing, and technology, Brandon founded Grand Welcome Franchising, empowering entrepreneurs to succeed in the vacation rental industry.

Under his leadership, Grand Welcome grew to nearly $100 million in revenue within five years, starting just before the challenges of COVID-19. Following this incredible growth, Brandon sold most of his stake in the company to a private equity firm while continuing to retain ownership.
